Is Arbitration right choice for you

Divorce Arbitration means settlement of divorce case out of court system. Arbitration process consists of an arbitrator who acts as judge and his verdict is final, he/she can compel both the parties to accept the verdict. An Arbitrator can be former judge or matrimonial lawyer but it is not necessary that an arbitrator has to a lawyer. Selection of arbitrator is done by both husband and wife and also how the arbitrator will be selected if they dose not reach on any agreement on judgment.

Accordingly I think this process ease out the process of separation of husband and wife as they themselves choose their arbitrator, it make easier for both persons to tell their side story. Arbitrators are considered when both parties do not reach an agreement on issues like who will pay for children’s education. Arbitration is a speedy procedure. It is more suitable process than court system because one does not have to wait long for his/her final verdict as it may take months or years in court system to get a final verdict .Therefore we can say it is a time and money saving process as one does have to wait for his/her next hearing for long span of time. Both parties with arbitrator can decide out their process of separation. There are also less chances of appeal as one of the spouses does not agree on judgment as arbitration provides flexibility that means the final verdict made by arbitrator consist more issues of agreement between both parties.

Arbitration is cost effective process as one does have to hire any solicitor you just have to pay arbitrator for his/her service as this is a paid service ,share of cost can be divided between both parties accordingly. Also arbitration procedure has more privacy then courtroom therefore one can easily come out on issues which lead to divorce that means one have to be less formal. Another benefit of arbitration is that if both the parties want the final verdict can be kept secret where as court do not offer this as the trail are open to all, that is why many high profile cases are solved through process of arbitration or out of court settlement.

I think Divorce Arbitration is only one of the best options available resolve ones divorce related conflicts. As the coin has its two sides’ arbitration has both benefits and drawbacks associated with it. One can make right decision only by exploring his/her options and then only one can make an educated and informed decision. I found Divorce Arbitration procedure faster, more private, and less muddled as compared to other methods for resolving divorce issues like court system. Therefore I think arbitration is a right choice.
